Chef Rob McCue is quickly becoming famous for his pickle brined fried chicken. Many argue that it even surpasses the great Colonel’s recipe.

Chef McCue will serve a family style dinner with his famous fried chicken and a whole host of side accoutrements worthy of being paired with some of the finest and most interesting Champagne and sparkling wines the world has to offer.
This festive evening will be seated family style with table service.
