Dry and fruity, this rosé seduces by its aromatic expression, elegance and freshness. From the heart of Provence on Julian Faulkner’s family estate, this rosé offers the aromatic quintessence of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Rolle and a careful balance between character and elegance.
HARVEST NOTE
The 2019 vintage began with a warm and pleasant winter that lead to an early spring followed by a warm and very dry summer. This impeded the normal ripening of the grapes; however, with patience, we waited for them to achieve optimal ripeness. Small yields but great potential.
TASTING NOTE
Enticing and complex, aromas of litchi, pomelo, and ripe white peaches are intense within this rosé. They fill the mouth with persisting juicy, fruity expression.
FOOD PAIRING
Sushi, Ceviche, salads, pasta with clams, crab roll, gazpacho.
