HARVEST NOTE

Vineyard
The complexity of the soils in which the vines are located give this wine its personality. Located along the river, the terroir includes grainy sand interspersed with clayey pockets and siliceous soils.

Vinification
The grapes are destemmed, fermentation is carried out at low temperatures to preserve fruit, and aging is done in stainless steel tanks.
