Finca Cayeta, Cuvée
Partially fermented in French oak barrels and subjected to 4 months of bâtonnage. The wines remain bottle cellared for 12 months before being released to market.
Yellow-lemon color, expressive with a very complex bouquet, which reveals sophisticated aromas of citrus peel, stone fruit, crushed granite rocks, thyme and salt. On the palate it is lipid and coats the mouth, revealing the same flavors that are appreciated on the nose.
A wine with high storage potential with maximum expression after its fifth year.
