HARVEST NOTE

Le Grand Cros is a family estate situated in the heart of AOC Cotes de Provence, the world capital of dry ross. This estate was one of the first to produce sparkling rosé made in the traditional method. Grand Cros is one of the most technically innovative estates in southern France from computer models for disease control to advanced infrared measurements for determining grape ripeness. Technology though doesn’t mean these wines are not handcrafted, indeed most the grapes are hand-picked.

 

 

 

TASTING NOTE

Lot’s of black cherries, black raspberry and orange peel in a medium-bodied, rich, nicely textures style.
